Return policy

RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to return your item to us for a size/model exchange or a voucher (refunds are not accepted). To do so, please contact our team at info@vivaslim.fit or via WhatsApp to receive the necessary instructions and authorization.

- All items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in the same condition as when you received them.

- Clothing should always be tried on over other items and never directly on the body.

- Items for intimate use will automatically lose their warranty once they are used or unsealed.

- Before returning the item, you must inform us by email of any size issues or defects so we can provide you with instructions.

- For obvious reasons of strict hygiene, no exchanges will be accepted for any item that does not meet these conditions, and no more than one exchange per order/item will be possible.

- Shipping and return costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable unless the result is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part in preparing the order.

- Clearance items (more than 50% off the base price) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- For orders paid with SeQura , returns for size and model changes and refunds will be accepted (except for underwear).
