Return policy

RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY

You have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to make any size/model change or request a purchase voucher (no refunds are made). To do this you must contact our team at info@vivaslim.fit to receive the necessary instructions and authorization.

- All items must be returned with their original packaging and must be in the same conditions in which you received them.

- Clothes should always be tried on over other pieces and never directly on the body.

- Items for intimate use, once used or unsealed, will automatically lose the warranty.

- Before resending the item, you must inform us by email of the size problem or defect that the item has so that we can give you instructions.

- For obvious reasons of the strictest hygiene, no changes will be accepted for any item that does not meet these conditions, and no more than one change can be made per order/item.

- Shipping and resending costs are assumed by the customer and are not refundable unless it is a manufacturing defect or error on our part in preparing the order.

- Clearance items (that have more than 50% discount on the base price) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- For orders paid with SeQura, returns will be accepted for changes in size - model, and refunds (except underwear).
